Try Targeted Mailers

mailboxAre you looking to spice up your direct mail campaigns? Try symptom-specific mailings. We know from experience that these are highly effective when marketing to the general public. Work with your marketing team to develop mailers that are specific to the symptoms of the ailments you treat. Make them education and make sure there is a “call to action” in your letter – “call today for an appointment,” “contact us for a consultation,” “visit us on the web for more prevention tips,” etc. Keep your mailing list small, limited to specific zip codes in your area.  Symptom-specific mailers often generate greater than the industry standard 1-2% response rate. Think about it like this – if you mail to just 500 people and 3% make appointments, you’ve just gained 15 new patients!
