Brand Your Staff

These days, it’s hard to imagine a workplace trying to force their staff to wear uniforms, but doctors’ offices can be the exception. While clinical staff may be used to wearing lab coats or scrubs (which can be branded with your practice logo or hospital affiliation), the front office staff is often left out of the equation. Consider ordering some “corporate attire” with your practice logo for all of your staff, including those at the front desk.  This is a growing trend in practice management and provides your staff with a clean, cohesive look. Try golf shirts for men and three-quarter sleeve polo shirts for women. Or better yet, poll your office to see which style they like the best. The more they’re included in the decision-making process, the more likely they’re going to actually wear the items.
